Amasia Travel is looking for Online Travel Specialist in Vietnam. The applicant must be fluent in English. The position is available immediately and its description is following.
The Missions
Provide literature and information to clients concerning local, tours, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, fares, and travel regulations in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar
Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options
Plan, prepare and quote itineraries (travel plans) for clients
Make travel, accommodation and related bookings

Confirm bookings and notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements
​
Issue tickets for travel, accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentation
​
Collect payments and maintain records of transactions
​
Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.
​
Sales call to new corporate accounts/seeking new corporate accounts

Vietnamese or foreign nationality

Strong sales focus and good organisational skills

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Deep knowledge of destinations & travel services related in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Two years of experience in a similar position is must

Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism or Languages & International Studies

High level of personal presentation

Able to work as part of a team and independently

Pleasant personality, positive attitude, service-minded and strong customer focus

Good computer skills

Preferably you have good skills in a second language (French, Italian and Spanish)
