DAY 1 | ARRIVAL IN YANGON | DINNER

 

After a moment to relax at your hotel, you will enjoy a city tour of Yangon. You will first visit Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, and Karaweik Hall Royal barge on the Royal lake. You will discover the contrast between colonial building and pagodas and visit the China Town with a very typical fruit market. Your tour finish at Shwedagon Pagoda for sunset.

DAY 2 |       BAGAN PLAIN DISCOVERY | BREAKFAST ; LUNCH ; DINNER

 

This morning, you will fly to Bagan. Upon arrival, you will first discover the little city. From here you will start your Bagan Plain Exploration: all along the day you will admire Gubyaukgyi Temple, ; Myinkaba Village ; Ananda Temple ; Thabinnyu Temple ; Dhammayangyi Temple. A last effort to reach the Shwesandaw Pagoda upper terrace to catch the famous photo shot of Bagan plains at sunset.

DAY 3 | WELCOME TO MANDALAY | BREAKFAST


After an early breakfast, you will take relax on a private car to reach Mandalay. You will check-in your hotel before enjoying a free day in Mandalay.

DAY 4 | MANDALAY EXPLORATION | BREAKFAST ; LUNCH

 

Today you will visit Mahamuni Pagoda ; Kyauktawgyi Pagoda, a large Buddha image carved out of a single block of marble ; Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace) noted for its exquisite wood carving ; Kuthodaw Pagoda known for its stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures. Your guide will finally take you to enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill.

DAY 5 |       MAGICAL INLE LAKE | BREAKFAST ; LUNCH ; DINNER

 

After an early breakfast, you will fly to Heho. You will start your exploration of the Inle lake and board a boat to discover the everyday life of the lake and cultural treasures as Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda and Nge Pe Chaung Monastery. During your journey you will observe the floating gardens, the unique Leg-rowers and their traditional fishing method but also, the silk weaving, and stilt house villages on the lake.

DAY 6 | KALAW & PINDAYA | BREAKFAST ; LUNCH ; DINNER

 

You will meet your guide, after breakfast at the hotel, and take the car to Kalaw and Pindaya. After a city tour of Kalaw to discover everyday life of Myanmar, you will go to Pindaya, through picturesque scenery. You will then discover Pindaya caves and lakes, home base of paper making and umbrella making industries. In the afternoon, you will go back to Ngyaung Shwe for relaxing and free time.

DAY 7 |       BACK TO YANGON & CITY EXPLORATION | BREAKFAST ; LUNCH

 

After an early breakfast, you will fly back to Yangon. You will check-in your hotel in Yangon before starting your exploration of the National Museum and Botataung Pagoda. The rest of the day is free to explore the city by yourself or enjoy your hotel facilities.

DAY 8 | DEPARTURE FROM YANGON | BREAKFAST


In the morning, your guide will take you for a shopping moment at handicrafts shops. Then you will discover Bogyoke Aung San Market where you can buy good souvenirs. Then, you will be transferred to Yangon Airport for your onwards flight. End of the tour.
